Super Mario Brothers 3 has a quite a lot of Unused Content in the games files, Including Textures, Levels, etc.
Unused Levels[]
Super Mario Brothers 3 has 19* Unused Levels, and most of them are Unfinished versions of already existing levels.
Fourth 2 Player Battle Level[]
This Level is a Unused 2P Level, which is a Stage containing an arch of coins on-top of the arena, and also containing a unused block graphic that looks familiar into comparison to the SMB (Super Mario Brothers.) Garbage Block. This graphic has not been seen anywhere in the game apart from this stage.
