In Castlevania, you play as Simon Belmont, who throughout the game, travels through Count Dracula's castle, which emerges ever 100 years. Along the way, Simon must defeat several bosses, including Frankenstein, Igor, Queen Medusa, and more. When Simon encounters Dracula, he soon defeats him, and soon escapes his castle as it crumbles to the ground. One thing to mention is that in the credits, they feature fake names in homage to classic horror film actors, like Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff, Max Schreck and Christopher Lee.
In the game, it uses platform gameplay and gives Simon Belmont a Magic Whip to use as his basic standard of combat attack and defense.
